I know plenty of people who have disputes with their fiance about finances for one reason or another.
It seems like most hubbys & wives have different ideas about how it is appropriate to spend money, & it sparks quite a bit of disagreement.
Most couples seems to bicker about shopping, travelling, & eating expenses, although I don’t suppose anyone has the same fight my girl & I are engaged in. She has absolutely set a biweekly budget for how much I can spend on Heating, Ventilation & A/C usage. I know, I know, this makes it seem like I’m running our AC & heating system 24/7 with no regard for our energy usage or the effects on the environment; I promise, this is not the case. I simply like to feel reasonablely warm during the afternoon time, & entirely cold at night, & my girl doesn’t care as much about her external air temperature. Because it isn’t a problem to him, she thinks that my temperature control programming is actually unecessary. I keep trying to tell him that it’s a necessity for me, that I can’t work during the afternoon when I’m cold or sleep at night when I’m too warm, however she thinks I am being dramatic. That’s when she set a strict limit on how much my friend and I would pay for utility bills every month, & began seeing the temperature control like a hawk. She knows every time I adjust the temperature settings, & she keeps a log. I know everyone has their disagreements, however this Heating, Ventilation & A/C policing is going to drive me up the wall.
