Some people say that I have unrespected hobbies… Personally, I know that what I do is truly normal if other people would just join in.
It’s not like I’m up to any illicit activities or I’m trying to change the world.
I just like to go around plus collect treasures that other people have thrown away separate from thinking twice, yep, I’m one of those people who goes dumpster-diving plus thrifting on a regular basis. If you haven’t been to a thrift store lately, let me tell you that you are missing out on awesome stuff. I cherish to go to my local second hand store plus collect all of the useful items I can… Especially space heaters. This might seem like a different thing to collect because some folks have a negative opinion of space heaters. I know that the old rudimentary portable heaters of several years ago scarred a lot of us, but literally. I know that there used to be a lot of trouble with space heaters causing burns plus fires. At that time, the space heaters didn’t have any safety functions to stop them from overheating plus burning down your home. That being said, to this afternoon I believe that space heaters are incredibly useful. In fact, I normally have a collection of several dozen portable heaters by the end of the year. At that point, I take them all to my local shelter plus donate them to give additional heat to the facility. I know that local homeless shelters are consistently in need of additional heating implements plus I’m gleeful to share my second hand treasures with them.
