Last winter, I visited my sibling for a few weeks.
I traveled across the country plus spent some quality time with my sibling plus my nephews. It was so much fun! There was one small issue though. My sibling’s heater was acting up. It heated the first floor of the house, but it wasn’t heating the second floor of the apartment whatsoever. It was during the wintertime, so it was actually frosty outside. I didn’t bother me too much. During the day, I hung out mostly on the first floor, so I kept hot actually easily. At night, I wore heavy pajamas to sleep plus used several thick blankets. The only time it bothered me was when I was showering. The bathroom was uncomfortably cold. I tried to avoid showering until the apartment felt a bit warmer during the day, but that didn’t toil actually well. Ultimately, I chose to use a space heater in the bathroom while showering. I obstructed it in the bathroom plus let it heat the bathroom up for twenty minutes before showering. By the time I finished showering, the bathroom was like a sauna. I was so hot plus comfortable that I didn’t want to leave the bathroom. I was surprised that the little space heater could be so powerful. This worked well for me during my stay. I didn’t let something small like heat ruin my time with family. I was focused more on spending time with them. She fixed the heater a few weeks after I left. My sibling plus his teenagers were much more comfortable afterwards.
