Over the past multiple weeks, I have been working hard to try to hire current employees for my current construction roofing plus commercial roofing corporation here in Spokane WA, and over the years as a corporation owner, I have found that hiring employees can be a big challenge.
Also, when you want to try and hire employees who will end up sticking around plus working for you for a long time plus doing quality work, it can be even more of a challenge! I actually feel like these nights it is hard to find people who entirely want to put in a fair day’s labor for a fair day’s pay.
People just are not like they used to be. As a corporation owner at a current construction roofing plus commercial roofing company in Spokane, WA, I sometimes feel like people just want to get paid for doing nothing at all. It drives me crazy sometimes, however there is not actually anything that I can do about it. I just have to keep on going plus I have to hire current employees when other ones leave or end up getting fired for some infraction of some sort. That is why I am trying to hire some current people right now. I ended up having to fire some people for doing some unsafe things plus not following all of the current construction roofing plus commercial roofing safety codes. I refuse to have that kind of thing on my record so I had to let them go. I hope that I will find some quality employees soon!
