My friend and I had back-to-back obligations all weekend long which made the time fly.
My friend and I already felt undoubtedly haggard and run down by the time Sunday rolled around and then it was time to start a brand-new work week. Unfortunately, the weather conditions wasn’t going to cooperate with our work-from-house obligations. On Sunday my friend and I had a massive storm roll through the section which hastily knocked out our power. Without any electricity my friend and I had no internet and no water. My friend and I also had no air conditioning. All of these factors made it impossible to get any work done and severely uncomfortable to continue residing. My friend and I did our best to sit in the sweltering hot indoor air separate from any air conditioning unit to keep us comfortable. My friend and I absolutely were trying to be patient, but separate from indoor air handling devices it was rather difficult. The outdoor air temperature was absurdly hot and the humidity was really oppressive. My friend and I were doing our best to wait for the energy supplier separate from losing our cool, but the lack of central A/C was absolutely killing us. In the end, the energy supplier managed to reinstate our power sooner than expected. Unfortunately, the electricity didn’t resolve our A/C issue. When the lights came on, the cable powered up, and the appliances started beeping… the A/C didn’t make a peep. As my friend and I played with the temperature control and investigated the cooling system, my friend and I realized that the air conditioning unit was not going to start up. My friend and I finally had power, but now my friend and I needed to use that electricity to call the local Heating as well as A/C shop for our busted A/C system.
