There are a lot of improvements that I would like to make to my new house.
There are several arenas that could use new paint, a few areas where I want to install shelves, some lights that need to be replaced or rewired, and flooring that could certainly be replaced.
I know my friend and I will get around to these projects eventually, but I’m looking forward to completing one additional modification some time soon, so my friend and I can start to save money as soon as possible. I would appreciate to install zone controlled heating in our arena. I’ve heard about this new technology for a while now, but I’ve never considered how it could be useful for us until my friend and I got this large house. Now I understand how much money it costs to heat or cool an entire condo and it seems like a large waste, especially when there’s only one or two people house at a time. It seems deranged to be pumping air conditioning into the full volume of the condo when we’re located in only one or two rooms. It would make a lot more sense to focus our HVAC usage to only the regions that are instantly being used, rather than trying to manage the temperature everywhere at once. I know that this would keep our most utilized residing spaces more comfortable, since they would be closely monitored and tested. It would also save us a ton of money in energy bills each month, since my friend and I wouldn’t be wasting so much power running the central heating and cooling units.
